The completely new ergonomic features in this category of binocular are to be found mainly in the perfect weight balance and the new depressions on the top side of the instrument. These features, now available on all SLCnew binoculars, are in addition to the already tried and tested thumb depressions on the underside. The armoring, made from high-grade vulcanized rubber, is also especially comfortable to handle. Soft and non-slip, for a much pleasanter observation experience.

In addition, there is a huge weight saving with some of the SLCnew binoculars. The new SLC 56 is 50g lighter than its predecessor. Despite that, the new binocular is even more robust, more durable and more reliable, and can boast a higher quality level in practically all fields.

As well as the new design benefits, the SLCnew binocular has another incredible innovation which ensures unimagined functionality with regard to carrying strap attachments. The new quick-lock system allows the carrying strap to be attached quickly and easily. The length can then be adjusted in just a few seconds with one click.
