Q1: I need to replace a 10x50 Celestron PRO series binocular with fully multi coated optics. The one that was damaged was perfect for me. I used it for astronomy and general land uses. What do you recommend? Price range of $75-$150. Does this replace the PRO series? Thank you Dave
A: This binocular is an excellent choice for both astronomical and terrestrial uses. This binoculars big advantage is that it has built in Light Poluttion reduction filters. This is not the replacement version of the PRO but is a very good replacement.
Q2: Is this binocular good for viewing horse racing?
A: Celestron 10X50 OptiView LPR Polarized binoculars should work just fine for a day at the track.
Q3: Does the 10x50 Celestron Optiview have a diopter adjustment and is there one on each eyepiece? Thanks.
A: Celestron 10x50 OptiView LPR binoculars have a diopter adjustment on the right ocular only.
