Spotting scope, Carrying case
With its state-of-the-art optics, the powerful Nikon Fieldscope 25-75x82 is designed for the serious hunter and shooter. This scope utilizes either a straight or angled, all-metal, O-ring sealed metal body that is waterproof, shockproof, and fog-proof, so you can use it in any and all weather conditions. The ergonomic design of the body complements the rubber-coated, ridged focus ring for quick focus and convenient long-term maintenance. It is suitable for use with standard tripods as well as Nikon's own window mount.
At the heart of this Fieldscope is the advanced optical design. The lens is crafted from a select grade of ultra-premium, extra-low-dispersion glass that results in unsurpassed image clarity, and the high-index BaK4 prisms are coated with multiple layers of anti-reflective compounds, enhancing light transmission, eliminating flares, and producing true color rendition. Other features include 25x to 75x magnification power, an objective diameter of 82mm, 3.3mm exit pupil, and apparent angular field of view of 60. It is compatible with a number of fixed and zoom eyepieces and comes complete with a soft carrying case and Nikon's 25-year warranty.
Since it was founded in 1917, Nikon has been a leader in optics and imaging. The company has maintained an unwavering commitment to trustworthiness and creativity, as well as meeting the needs - and exceeding the expectations - of its customers. The Fieldscope is no exception.

Comments about Nikon Fieldscope ED 25-75x82 Spotting Scope:
After much hesitation, and schooling myself on all the top brand scopes, and beleive me I have looked at them all. My conclusion came to rest with the Nikon ED Fieldscope 25-75-82. Its Brightness,& Sensitivity compares to all. The strong Magnification, 25-75 along with the focus sensitivity makes some huge differences in some critcal times in the field. Simply awsome, meaning awsome with a capital A. This Scope is not only for finding that Bullet hole down range when sighting in or just target practicing But, also for Hunting in more ways than one. It has became one of my enhanced tools that has made the difference on my shooting, along with making it possible for some of my largest Bucks at long range distances. Being able to see how large these bucks are along with helping to field score these bucks before you make that decision to pull the trigger is huge for me and many other hunters. With that in mind I can only say this scope compares to any scope out there. For the money difference when comparing too some high end Europian Scopes you can NOT go wrong. Luv this Spotter!

Comments about Nikon Fieldscope ED 25-75x82 Spotting Scope:
On the hottest of days with mirage being a big factor I am still able to see 22lr rimfire bullet holes at 200 yds. at only half of the magnification power it has. I have compared it to other high dollar scopes that go for easily $1000 dollars more and the difference in clarity, brightness, and sharpness is not discernible to the naked eye. This scopes still blows them away because its power magnification goes up to 75x without losing brightness, clarity, and sharpness. Simply awesome scope.

Comments about Nikon Fieldscope ED 25-75x82 Spotting Scope:
This spotting scope is awesome and I am very pleased with the optics and the quality of the scope. I did exhaustive research on the net and this is the absolute best scope at the price. I read numerous reviews of spotting scopes and all the reviews that I read said that this scope was equal to the German and Austrian scopes of the same type.[...]
