Description

This is a perfect solution for balancing your guidescope or piggybacked camera.  This counterweight assembly is used with ADM Accessories Mini Dovetail Bars (sold separately).  Includes 3.5lb weight.  Weight allows balancing in two directions.  The weight can be moved back and forth on the Mini Dovetail plate or up and down using the threaded rod.  Black anodized and stainless steel.  The 3.5lb counterweight is professionally powdercoated.

    I use this counterweight system on an SCT to compensate for the weight of heavy eyepieces. It can be adjusted easily and quickly. I cut off most of the long bolt because it was too long and interfered with the scope mount.
