This is great addition to my filter collection. The views are now shown in greater contrast. I set up my viewing session based on what type of objects I will be looking at and I place this filter on the diagonal and I'm set for the major part of the evening session. I purchased the 2" and I am now going to purchase the 1.25" filter for another scope at a second location. In closing, you'll be amazed at detail that you'll view when using this gem.

This is a great filter. I use it in highly light polluted areas and I can still see the faint fuzzies. Great contrast booster and darkens the background sky without losing close stars.

I really like this filter. It darkens the sky even more than my UHC filter. The objects that can be helped with this filter showed more contrast and detail. This is a specialized filter and not all objects can be benefited from it.
