A: Yes you are able to purchase the Lumicon UHC Filter. i am sorry but for international orders we are only able to accept International Amex, Paypal and Bank wire transfers. delivery time from when payment was recieved will depend on what shipping option you choose either 1-3 days or 4-5 days. US mail can take up to 2 weeks.
