I have one bugaboo, there should be 6 nylon screws to hold the tube inside the rings, this one had 5, plus one steel, spring loaded screw/bolt. It has a nylon tip, so it wont mar the finish.
I dont know if that was intentional or not, I thought you should know.
It isn't the deep navy blue like is on the LX200's, it a somewhat lighter blue metallic.

The viewfinder itself appears to be well made, but the alignment screws are cheap plastic. One of them came pre-stripped and wouldn't tighten. Also, the rubber eyecup was deformed during shipping and is not round anymore. Still, it is a decent product for the price.

Great price. High quality. I bought it to attach to a Celestron scope, so had to make an adaptor plate (not a big deal). I'd reccomend this item to anyone needing a larger finder for their OTA.

[...] as I unpacked it , my first sight of it was the beautifull blue color of it. As I took it up in my hands, I was empressed with the weight of it.It felt solid and had the feeling of quality .About the only thing that would have made it perfect would be if the scope had jumped out of the box and put its self on the telescope by its self. But then I would not have had all the fun of doing that myself.
