    Reviewing this Item by Celestron is an easy one. In short, the GPS Sky Sync works right out of the box. Open box, plug it in; and turn on your scope. That's refreshing! No longer any time, RA//Dec, nothing; just point at one too three objects; and the Scope tracks much more accurately. For our family; It was a must have. We are not disappointed, though highly recommend it to any one with a Go To Scope.

    Service and delivery comments:

    BTW, you can't find better service than with Hayneedle and Telescopes.com. Every single order I've placed is here within 3 to 5 days, in prestine conditon delivered by Fed Ex. I enjoy the tracking ability, and the close Customer service by the Staff. Bravo! Five Stars! Thank You.

    I use this on my SLT130. Instead of needing my phone to input the exact time it does it for you. I also noticed the tracking is much better.

    This GPS unit does what it says it will do: feed time and location information to your Celestron GOTO mount.It works. It works well. It works without hassle or set-up (make sure it's plugged in when you power on your scope!). Simple, fast, flawless operation. In addition, it's powered by the mount, so you don't need additional batteries or another open power supply connection.The reason I give it four stars rather than five is the cost. Telescopes.com offers about the lowest price on the market, but [$] is a lot to pay for a device that saves you no more than two minutes per observing session (how long it would likely take you input the data via the hand controller). I do no regret my purchase in the least. I would probably buy this unit again were I to restart the transaction, but it IS a lot of money to pay for the offered convenience.
