Baader Planetarium Stronghold Tangent Assembly

Description

The Baader Planetarium Stronghold Tangent Assembly is used for viewfinders, guiding scopes, telephoto lenses as a piggy back mounting system.  Max load is 7kgs.  Its very compact but stiff 2D head with micro adjustments.

• Perfect for fixing a guidescope to the main telescope
• Using telephoto lenses for piggy back astrophotography
• Attaching viewfinders or rich-field telescopes to the existing telescope
• Normal photography - adjust the camera precisely for reproducable results

Base side connections

• 1/4" and 3/8" photo thread allows mounting on photo tripods
• GP dovetail clamp can also be attached on the base side
• Additional metric thread bores for individual solutions
