If you add photography equipment to your telescope you will need additional counterweights and this matches the one(s) that came with your scope. It's expensive for a chunk of iron, but necessary, and it looks good.

It is what it is - a weight. Fits CGEM perfectly. Identical to weight that came with mount. Solved my balance problem after adding a rail and other accessories to my scope.

These counterweights are awesome, but the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the price. I think 60 dollars is too expensive, especially for a hunk of metal.
