  • 82 degree Field - Wide FOV for high and low magnifications even with compact 1.25 inch sizes
  • Retractible eyecups - Ultra-low profile for eyelgass wearers
  • Parfocal eyepiece - Little or no focusing is needed when changing from low to high power
  • Threaded barrels - Accept 1.25 inch or 2 inch thread-in filters
  • Ploished and hard anodized aluminum barrel - Scratch resistant and high end apperance
  • Rubber gripping ring - for secure handling and smooth control of eyecup

    Used on my Celestron 11 and really inmproved the veiwing angle. Maybe the best money I have spent so far. Whole clusters fit in the FOV and the clearity is exciting. This one costs about like a small scope but it makes a world of difference in my 130mm Newtonian. The Orion Nebula was clear instead of a smudge of fuzz. It is heavy...no kidding! It puts the view into perspective thus increases the pleasure of viewing.

      I got the axiom 7mm eyepiece for my 900mm scope and the field of view for that level of magnification is amazing. Actually, this eyepiece makes me want to get a bigger scope and add the Axiom 19mm to my collection. Thumbs up to Celestron for a very well designed eyepiece.

        These are great EP. I own three 31, 15, 7 The FOV is fabulous, the clear image is out of this world. You can actually look around in the EP. Very Impressed! A+++ for Celestron
