I purchased this product for my daughter. It's very hard for her to use due to instability. If she touches the telescope while observing it shakes too much for her get any detail. Don't plan on seeing much more than the moon (detail very high). Other objects are just bigger bright blurs. Overall an inexpensive tool to observe the moon.

Comments about Celestron PowerSeeker 60 Telescope:

This was a gift for my 5 1/2 year old son. Easy to put together, took about 10-15 mins. First clear night, took it out on our deck to look at the moon first before trying to locate any planets or stars. Once I got the moon located, had a gorgeous viewing...first time for myself to see the moon through a telescope and my son and I were extremely pleased and excited with what we saw!

    Service and delivery comments:

Delivered on the day it was scheduled. Telescope box was in a package box. Everything was neatly packaged.

Comments about Celestron PowerSeeker 60 Telescope:

I purchased this PowerSeeker 60 for my nephew who is six years old and very interested in astronomy. I am convinced that my choice in a Celestron PowerSeeker was the right choice. This telescope was a breeze to setup and use. I am simply blown away by the images that this telescope produces at such a resonable price. You simply can't go wrong with this one. My nephew loves it!

Comments about Celestron PowerSeeker 60 Telescope:

This was a gift for a young man who goes to my church. Being a Celestron owner myself, I knew the *Quality* of this product, and that it would/will bring him yrs of enjoyment, and open doors that he may not have had opened. One can't go wrong with ^ANY^ Celestron Product, seeing is believing....and Hayneedle with thier low prices bring's seeing into reach for many who otherwise wouldnt have a oppertunity to do so.

        Service and delivery comments:

After having some issues that were "Promptly" resolved, Both items arrived when promised. One has to keep a watch on the bottom of the order box as to when delivery says it will be delivered. In My case, Both items said In-Stock- shipped for delivery on Saturday if purchased before noon on Friday. I/we ordered on Thanksgiving Day, as that day also said Both items would be delivered on Saturday, not as a customer service tech said "Estimated"...Estimated wasnt even in the equasion. After a hour on the phone, about 20min after hanging up; I recieved a email from another Hayneedle specialist stating Both Items were shipped and the Order was closed. This was all for a youngster in my church who's Birthday was this past sunday...the gleem in his eyes when he recieved both items was un-imaginable....totally delighted. Hayneedle Came through as always, delivered as Promised, and all I can say is Thank You for keeping your word.
