A: This tripod has 1/4-20 thread which will fit almost everything. Fitting the Oberwerk 22x100 will not be a problem.
Q2: will tht 848 fit celestron 12x60s
A: Yes, the Bogen #848 Full-Size Tripod will work with Celestron 12x60 SkyMaster binoculars. You'll need a tripod adapter, however.
